Linen Fringed Kimono / Red Ochre

Alma Libra Red Ochre Linen Kimono is a unique mix of boho, American Indian and oriental elements into an alchemical Chintamani masterpiece. Made out of soft pure linen, it comes in raw unbleached silver-grey color or hand dyed delicate tints of pink, cream, red ochre and strong, wholesome black. From the front it reminds of classic Japanese kimonos with simple square silhouette, but its sleeves have a very original twist – they have long slits on top, so that your hands show off completely. This is an amazing feature for hot climates as you generally want to pair Alma Libra Kimono with another gown as it does not close in the front completely. Also, there is another very exclusive feature – this kimono has a very deep, stunning v-cut on the back that goes past your waist. Little hint – if you pair Alma Libra Kimono with our Midi dress from the same collection, you will have a double framed opening on the back, with two geometrically complimenting lines!  Like most items from our new collection, this exclusive piece is decorated with original Chintamani Alchemistry long linen fringe, that looks indigenously tribal. This is not only a very fashionable boho accessory, but a real shamanic outfit, perfect for performances, festivals, or private sessions.

Raw Pure Linen – is perfect natural soft eco friendly material.
We are using for this clothing line 100% raw linen made on small factories in Indonesia. Yes, we are aiming to be as conscious of preserving Nature resources, as possible. We are handily dying every piece and wash fabric twice that it will not shrink after your care.

The main uniting element of our Alma Libra collection is long decorative fringes. They are handmade from 100% natural strong and thick linen, so that they are very durable and do not entangle after washing. The fringes usually come in a mix of two colors: one is the same tint as a garment it decorates, with the addition of raw unbleached silver-grey threads. It takes many hours to create this stunning decoration which makes each and every piece from our new collection a one of a kind artefact.

All Chintamani Items are made by small home factories in India and Indonesia. We care about every piece quality and intend to make our clothes special, reflecting authentic tribal vibes in a gentle classy way.

Wash all-natural fabrics by hand or on a very gentle cold cycle, using ecological laundry products.
Please keep in mind that heat makes natural fabrics shrink a bit and that all fabrics get much softer after washing.
